Our Pet Sitting Policy
Pets are most comfortable in their own homes. If you go away on a business trip or vacation, it’s important to make sure your absence is a stress-free for your animal as possible. Making sure your pets are enough familiar environment with a stable food and exercise schedule, is a safe and healthy way to maintain their quality of life while you’re away. In addition, Playa de Perros provides addition enrichment services to keep your pet happy and stimulated giving them their own little vacation.
Hiring a professional tax allows you to take care of your pet safety and economicalmy. constructed agreement, protect both and the owner and the sitter making sure each party understands. It’s right to responsibilities and the arrangements.
Our Terms of Service
Playa de Perros agrees to provide dog walking, pet sitting and other applicable pet care services in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of the services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives and releases Playa de Perros from any and all claims against the company, its owner, employee and representatives, except those arising from negligence or willful misconduct on part of Playa De Perros.
Client agrees to pay all charges accrued for services rendered. Client understands that payment at or prior of the commencement of services unless explicably agreed upon supplementary payment terms.
Playa de Perros will exercise all precautions against injury, sickness, escape, loss, or death of client(s) pets. Playa de Perros is not responsible for sickness, injury, escape loss, accident, or death of client, pets unless cause through negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Playa de Perros.
Client represents and warrants that all pets are currently vaccinated in accordance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.
Playa de Perros will follow the directions of the veterinary release form in the case of pet should become injured or sick.
Clients accepts responsibility for all medical expenses and other damages, resulting from an injury to the pet sitter, other persons, or animal(s) caused by the clients, pet(s) or negligent act.
Client agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Playa de Perros in the event of a claim by any person injured or otherwise damaged by clients, pet(s), or negligent act.
Play the Perros reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled visits for services canceled with less than 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled service.
Playa de Perros reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time. If the pet sitter in his soul discretion determines that the clients pets poses a danger to the health or safety of itself, other pets, other people, or the pet sitter. If concerns prohibit the pet sitter from caring from for the pet, Playa de Perros will attempt to contact the client to arrange alternative care. If the client cannot be contacted, the client authorizes Playa de Perros to place the pet in a licensed kennel with all charges and fees arising to be the responsibility of the client.
Play the Perros reserves, the right to refuse service to any client, at any time, for any reason.
This document gives Playa de Perros and its representatives authorization to enter the clients listed address as needed to perform agreed-upon services.
Client expressly gives Playa de Perros the authority to employ a locksmith on their behalf, and to promptly reimburse Playa de Perros, for all costs incurred in the event of a malfunction of the keys are automatic door opener.
Playa de Perros is not liable for any loss or damage in the event of a burglary or other crime that should occur while under this contract.
Client agrees to properly secure the home prior to leaving the premises. Pet sitter will re-secure the home to the best ability at the end of each visit.
In the case of an emergency, inclement, weather or natural disaster, the client authorizes by the Perros to use reasonable judgment for the care, well-being of clients pet(s) and residence. Playa de Perros will make reasonable effort to maintain service during these conditions, but reserves the right to adjust the schedule of service based on the discretion of the pet sitter.
Playa de Perros is not responsible for any damages beyond the control of the pets sitter.
Client is responsible for supplying the necessary equipment and supplies needed for the care of their pets, including but not limited to a sturdy, welfare, harness or collar and leash for walks or in case of emergencies pet food, medications, identification tags, litter boxes, cat litter, and cleaning supplies. Client authorizes any purchase necessary for the satisfactory performance of duties. Cost of all purchases and relative service fees will be reimbursed within 14 days.
Client authorizes the use of pets pictures on website, social media, and or marketing materials for promotional purposes
Client authorizes this contract to be valid approval for services so as to permit Playa Perros to accept all future in person, telephone, online, mail or email reservations and provide services without additional signed contracts or written authorizations.
Playa de Perros reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled visits for services canceled with less than 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled service.
The term of this document applies to all pets owned by the client, including any, and all new pets that the client obtains on or after the date this document was signed.
