We use Time to Pet, a professional pet care app, to help us stay organized and connected. Your client profile includes anything relevant to your pet’s care: house guidelines, behavioral notes, allergies, feeding routine, emergency contacts, and more.

You’ll receive updates and photos after each visit, and for walks, we track the route, check in, and check out times. You can also message us, request visits, and make payments all in one place. We love our pet care portal because it makes it easy to stay connected and provide consistent care.

An important first step for welcoming your pet into the pack. During a meet and greet, we'll get to meet your pet and note important details to add to their profile. We’ll also walk you through how our portal works and answer any questions you have. Meet and greets with other sitters on our team can be scheduled too—it’s all about making you and your pet feel comfortable.

Inside Your Pet Care Portal

Our pet care portal keeps everything organized in one easy to use app. You'll be able to add and update key details like emergency contacts, house guidelines, preferred scheduling times, and where to find leash, harnesses, and other essentials.

Each pet gets their own profile with a short bio, important notes, and care instructions. We also have a care routine summary so every sitter has a solid starting point before adding their own caring touch.

In the Loop, Every Step of the Way

One of the best parts of our pet care portal is how easy it is to stay connected and informed. After each visit you'll receive a detailed report with notes check in check out times and fun photos so you feel like you were right there with your pet.

All messages are shared with the sitters assigned to your pet, so nothing gets missed. You can view your pets upcoming visits, add notes when requesting services, and easily message us if plans change—perfect for travelers or changing routines.

Scheduling Made Simple

You can request visits anytime through the portal—great for pet parents with flexible weekly schedules. If you'd like to set up recurring services on specific days and times, we can take care of that for you too.

Heading out of town? Just let us know the dates and we'll build your pet schedule on our end. You'll be able to review the full plan—visits, times, and total cost—before giving final approval. It's an easy way to stay organized and ensure your pet gets care you can count on while you're away.

Cancellation Policy

If a visit is canceled on the same day, a 50% fee will apply. You can request cancelations directly through the portal or message us if anything comes up. We appreciate cancelations made in advance—no fees apply when you give us notice ahead of time.
